Pre-placement meeting with referring agent
Project co-ordinator inform family regarding proposed placement
Placement meeting with Project Co-ordinator, Volunteer, young Person & their family, Confidentiality forms signed at this meeting
First outing with supervision from Project Co-ordinator
Second outing, young person & volunteer only. Volunteer to report back to Project Co-ordinator
Match progress as normal
