Childline 0800 11 11 (Free to phone, open 24hrs a day, every day)          
Childline is the free helpline for children & young people in the UK. Children & young people can call Childline to talk about any problem.

Breathing Space – 0800 83 85 87 (Free to phone, open 6pm – 2am, 7 days a week)Breathing Space is a free confidential phone-line with skilled & experienced staff available every day from 6pm – 2am to listen to callers who are experiencing low mood & depression. If necessary staff can advise callers of other appropriate services.
