When you have support needs, big or small, Throughcare’s the team that you should call
The Throughcare Support Team work with young people aged 15 ½ - 21 years, who are/have been in the care of the Local Authority and young people who are homeless.
The staff at Throughcare recognise that the transition to independent living can be difficult and as such the team endeavour to provide a range of very practical supports as well as emotional support to young people. The support you will receive is very much based on your needs as an individual. Once your support needs have been identified and discussed a support plan will be drawn up. Your plan will be reviewed and updated regularly and you will be given a copy.
At all times the staff will treat you in a polite and respectful manner.
