The Throughcare Support Team
works with young people aged between 15-21 years who
are/were looked after or accommodated by the local
authority, and young homeless people requiring assistance.
- Attend homeless interviews.
- Offer individual support
- Offer group work opportunities
- Attend planning meetings and reviews.
- Provide information on a range of issues.
- Sign Post you to other agencies who may be able
to assist you.
- Help facilities contact with your family if appropriate.
