understand. Therefore people who experience problems
can end up feeling very frightened and alone.
Are you feeling anxious, stressed,
depressed or hearing voices. If and of these apply to
you or you want to discuss your emotional health then
we would like to help you.
- If you are 15-21 years
- Worried about your home situation
- You are experiencing mental health problems
- Homeless
- Feeling lonely or isolated and in need of support
- We can help in the following ways:
- Offer help and support on various
mental health issues i.e. stress, depression, anxiety
and psychosis.
- Offer individual and Groupwork
support
- Offer health promotion
- Attend Planning Meetings and Reviews
- Provide info on a range of mental
health issues
- Refer you to other support agencies
