Throughcare Unlocking Doors for You

Mental Health is not a topic that people generally talk about or even understand. Therefore people who experience problems can end up feeling very frightened and alone.

This Can Happen To Anyone

Are you feeling anxious, stressed, depressed or hearing voices. If and of these apply to you or you want to discuss your emotional health then we would like to help you.

Throughcare can help you

• If you are 15-21 years
• Worried about your home situation
• You are experiencing mental health problems
• Homeless
• Feeling lonely or isolated and in need of support

Mental Health Promotion

We can help in the following ways:

• Offer help and support on various mental health issues i.e. stress, depression, anxiety and psychosis.
• Offer individual and Groupwork support
• Offer health promotion
• Attend Planning Meetings and Reviews
• Provide info on a range of mental health issues
• Refer you to other support agencies
