Who do we work with?
The Throughcare Support Team works with young people aged between 15-21 years who are/were looked after or accommodated by the local authority, and young homeless people requiring assistance.
What can we do?
What facilities are available at Throughcare?
Laundry and computer facilities should be booked in advance.
Drop in group every Thursday from 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm.
Should you wish to see someone, a duty worker is available
Monday 1.30 pm - 3.30 pm
Tuesday 1.30 pm - 3.30 pm
Wednesday 1.30 pm - 3.30 pm
Thursday 9.30 am - 12 noon
Friday 9.30 am - 12 noon
